• Mobilization:  Site visit to establish project parameters for design, documentation and budget considerations

• Schedule Development:  Establish strategic deliverable dates and communication timeline

• Schematic Design Development:  Create project narrative and schematic design concept  ​

• Budget Development:  Develop project budget to ensure the design intent is  achievable

• Design Development:  Refine and final development of client-approved budget and design 

​

• Construction Documents:  Prepare project construction plans and specifications​

​

• Construction Administration:  Review and channel FF&A and construction RFIs and approvals expeditiously

​

• Installation and Punch:  Site visit to review project installation and prepare final punch list

​

• Close-out Documentation:  Prepare final electronic file of all project documents to reflect changes made during the development of the project by the Interior Designer
